Director of Flight Operations

We are pleased to welcome Captain Richard Thomas as our new Director of Flight Operations. Captain Thomas joins us from Resa Aviation where he held the position of Director of Operations. Flying the Airbus A340 worldwide for Middle East passengers including royalty, heads of state and senior government officials has given him a breadth of experience which is invaluable to Twinjet.  Prior to that, the majority of Richard's 40 years in air operations and management were spent in a series of progressively more senior positions in the Royal Air Force.

Senior Training Captain

We are also pleased to welcome Captain Clive Richardson as our new Senior Training Captain. The bulk of Captain Richardson's flying career has been with BMed and BMI as an Airbus A320 Captain/TRE/TRI/CRMI. Most recently he has been involved as Chief Pilot for an A318 start up airline in Portugal.

Our Pilots

Our pilots have a vast amount of flying experience, and are hand-picked from the Air Force, Royal flight departments and the world's best commercial airlines. They all undergo vigorous Twinjet training programmes which includes flight simulator checks, technical refresher training and customer service training.

Our Cabin Crew

Our full-time cabin crew have enormous experience working in corporate flight departments, first class cabins for the best international airlines, or on royal flights.

Their aim is ensure your safety and comfort in the cabin plus they strive to satisfy your every request: from serving your choice of hot gourmet foods to providing a selection of newspapers, magazines and DVDs.

All cabin crew undertake a series of training programmes, including customer service excellence and safety and emergency procedures, to ensure you always have an enjoyable and safe flight.

Erica Jacques, Cabin Services Manager

In 2009 we were delighted to promote Erica Jacques to Cabin Services Manager.  Erica joined Twinjet from Ford Motor Company in 2006, where she gained managerial experience deputising for the Cabin Services Manager.   Prior to that Erica worked for Britannia Airways for 6 years and was also a member of Iran Air's Upper Class cabin crew at the age of just 23.

Erica brings a wealth of experience which will be invaluable to Twinjet's future growth and success.
